I really love this one! (I know, I say that a lot!) 

In 30 minutes, I burned 500 calories and look like I just stepped out of the shower.

This is the second time I’ve done trio, and some of the moves are still a little tough for me, but I think a big part of that is my shoes. I’m not sure what kind of shoes I have, but I’m betting they are a running shoe of some kind and not a trainer or court shoe. (I’m not big on shoes, I wear either black or brown shoes most of the time and only wear tennis shoes when I know I’m going to be doing a lot of walking.)

At any rate, this shoe thing is not only a problem for trio, it causes issues in some of the other workouts, as well. The big problem with them is my balance — these shoes are incredibly hard to balance one foot in.

I also got to this workout a lot later than I intended, so I hope this entry doesn’t seem as scattered as it feels.
