Today was a struggle.
My alarm went off 4:30, and I turned it off, I was going to get up at my 5:30 alarm.
About 10 minutes went by, and I went ahead and got out of bed and did today’s workout.
I didn’t sleep well last night, I had stupid dreams, some of which might have entered the nightmare territory.
I was content enough with doing this workout in the evening, but I also know I need to get back on track for the mornings.
This was lit cardio, so two blocks of three, each set had a two move combo. It’s a fast workout, under 20 minutes. But I still burn nearly 400 calories in that time.
And I modified a lot, I kept my own pace, which was significantly slower than theirs. I just wasn’t feeling it this morning, but I did it anyway, and I suppose I’m better for it.
