It was another beautiful day to workout in the outdoors!

And not only did I workout outside, but I did one of my favorite routines ever — P90X3 The Warrior. 30 minutes of total body body weight moves. Push-ups, MMA, plyo, core — what’s not to love?

Each move is about a minute and the time, and sweat, fly! It’s about 80 degrees with a nice, gently breeze…but I still feel like I’ve just got out of the pool.

After spending about two-and-a-half hours in the car, another nine hours in my cubical staring into a computer screen, not to mention it’s rained for the last two days, it was nice to get outside and breath fresh air and feel the sunshine.

Have I mentioned what a great workout this was today? In 34 minutes, I burned 423 calories and had an average heart rate of 142bpm.

Accelerator is on tap for tomorrow — hopefully the weather is cooperative and lets me do it outside, too!
